Established in 2016, GBS is an authorised coffee machine distributor in Cambodia for various international brands including Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino and many more. Being a one-stop destination for every coffee shop owner, the company also offers other products such as grinders, blenders, ingredients and cleaning solutions.
The Challenge :
Looking into the profile, we analyzed essential objectives that could build a better digital presence for the company such as :
- Create awareness among café shop owners.
- Build a dependable brand reputation.
- Increase visits or online purchasement.
The Strategy :
In order to achieve the goal, we used always-on content marketing strategy along with attractive artworks to build an outstanding digital presence.
Aside from promoting the products, we brainstormed educational contents that keep the target audiences engaged with the platform as well. One of the most notable content is “How To Establish A Coffee Shop?”, which we carefully collaborated with the marketing team of GBS to produce the original contexts.

Following the strategy, Gourmet Beverage Solutions (GBS) has now made a reputation as one of the fastest-growing and leading coffee machine distributors in both online and offline communities. Their Facebook fanbase remains gradually increasing over the years as the customers keep contacting for more information.
