Bumrungrad Cambodia is a franchised medical hub of Bumrungrad Hospital Group, the largest private hospital in Southeast Asia. The brand offers pre-arrangement consultation, appointment, cost estimation, medical refills and test results consulting without having to travel out of the country.
The Challenge :
Directing social media marketing for a medical hub, we carefully analyzed and brainstormed potential challenging-issue, which the company would generate into sales increase using holistic strategies. Our objectives are :
- Expand brand awareness of the company.
- Create a considerate digital presence.
- Increase visits or inquiries on social media platforms.
The Strategy :
We identified the importance of educational content marketing in order to achieve the goal. By collaborating with the strategic team, we released a number of engaging contents that relate to the provided services.
We recognized a powerful reputation the brand has been receiving, however what was missing was the imagery. Professional images and motion graphics were used as visual communication, in order to deliver the message to the target audience.
The Result :
Bumrungrad Cambodia are currently acquiring interests more than ever from the locals. Within one month the fanbase had grown from 30,000 to 31,000 followers estimated in approximately 50% of new fans while the engagement increased to 644%.
